Construction Management
As construction manager, OCC acts as your agent throughout pre-construction and construction, working alongside architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to keep the project on budget and on schedule. OCC performs ongoing cost estimates through the process, flagging and correcting issues before they affect the budget.

Pre-Construction Services
